Each bedroom has access to a separate bathroom. The lower level is not currently available. The bedrooms are available per night, week or monthly. Rent includes, cable TV in common area and wireless high speed Internet. The location is 21 minutes to Hartsfield International Airport and the International Convention Center, 22 minutes to downtown Atlanta and the World Congress Center, and 17 minutes to Six Flags Over Georgia Amusement Park. Subdivision has easy access to the 4 major Metro Atlanta Interstate Expressways; I-285, I-20, I-75 and I-85. MARTA the City’s transit system is located ¼ mile from the subdivision/house. Marta Bus Routes, Cascade 71 and Fairburn 165, connect into the Marta Train system, north south line and east west line respectively, allowing easy access to the Metropolitan Atlanta Area.
