The quiet single-story (private) recreational home on Groenpark Simpelveld is located in the beautiful South Limburg hills. The cottage is equipped with many comforts and easy to reach without steps for both the elderly and young families. The house (40 m2) is nicely laid out. You have a nice view over the green planting. There is plenty of fun for the children. For a relaxed atmosphere in almost serene tranquility, you will be fully satisfied in this house in this park. The space Suitable for the slightly older? Yes. Suitable for (young) families with children? Yes. Pets allowed? No Minimum age: 20 years. No parties and festivities in the recreational home. Smoking allowed? No (outside, of course, smoking is allowed...) Guest access The entire home is available for use. This is on the ground floor, without steps. Easy to reach via the front entrance and the back. Central parking lot close by. Access to the park by means of a barrier key. Other things to note These are amounts that anyone who rents our home may still have to pay: Cleaning fee €0. If you do not want to clean properly yourself, you will pay €30. Deposit via Airbnb afterwards max. €100 if there is no damage and missing inventory, tidy and clean. For reservations of 1 or 2 days, you pay €15 booking fee, for 3 or more days this is included. Tourist tax €1.85 p.p.p.d. (cash) payable upon arrival. Energy (gas consumption) is 5 m3 gas/day included. For the additional consumption you pay €2/m3. Optional: bed linen €5 per bed, towel package: €5 per person, crib and/or high chair: €5 per stay. You can also take care of these optional services yourself.
