I also can furnish an air mattress if needed. Private use of living room and dinette. Shared use of kitchen with use of all appliances and cookware available. Private driveway parking. No smoking allowed inside or on porch. Long term stays are welcome. Fast WiFi and workspace available for work/school from home. Dogs welcome. Neighborhood very close to a variety of restaurants, shopping, entertainment, movie theaters, and a quick drive to the beaches. Neighborhood has multiple parks with playgrounds and open fields. Interaction with guests can be as little or as much as the guest would like. Very family oriented neighborhood with lots of entertainment, parks and recreation available. Personal vehicle needed, as public transportation does not run through this neighborhood. One dog resides in the house, and she is very sweet and kid friendly. Guests are able to bring their dogs, as my dog is dog friendly as well 😊. Dog needs to be able to stay in a crate or confined to the bedroom when guest is away from home. Any damage to home caused by guest or animals is the responsibility of the guest to repair or replace. No cats allowed though, as we have a cat allergy. Fenced in back yard as well.
