During your stay Self Check-in is easy and flexible, with WIFI locks, so feel free to check in anytime after 3 pm. I'm busy and in and out, but always available by phone for any questions. I can give you advice on where to eat and what to do. Other things to note * The complimentary Breakfast is self-serve and usually includes bagels, cream cheese and jelly, ruby red grapefruit and oranges in season, coffee and tea. *The hall bathroom is shared usually with two other guests and is detailed daily. Hang your towel on the hook on the back of your bedroom door and use an empty drawer in the bathroom for your toiletries. *There's a closet with hangers and a luggage rack. *There is no smoking in the house or on the grounds. There’s an $85 fine for smoking. * Check out time is 11 am. Late check out Penalty Fee is $25.
