A Fairytale Vacation. Saltwater Grotto Jacuzzi & Pool with 3 waterfalls Fire Pit and Outside Fireplace Children's Playhouse -(Treehouse is no longer there) Three-level redwood deck with Gazebo bar For more than 2 people you will need to rent the SecretRoom/GreatRoom. The Secret Room is a finished attic behind a bookcase off of the Great room. There are 4 twin beds up there. Kids love that room. The cost to open this area up is $100.00 per night or is included with 2 extra guests. The space The Enchanted Manor is a wonderful romantic getaway as well as perfect family stay vacation. There is a saltwater grotto type pool and jacuzzi with 3 waterfalls. There is a fire pit and also an outside fireplace on a private patio that overlooks the pool. At night the backyard is light with little white lights in all the trees as well as special vapor lights that give you a dappled moonlight feel. There is a tree house and children's playhouse for families with kids. The gazebo bar and 3 level redwood deck with BBQ are great to have family gatherings. “Parties or events not allowed” While the virus is upon us, only the guest who are staying here are allowed on the property. I will consider a few visitors but must be notified in advance. This rental is for 2 people. I can open the Secret room/Great room for more people. The Secret Room is a finished attic behind a bookcase off of the Great room, which is connected to the main unit. You need to climb a ladder to access that bedroom. There are 4 twin size beds up there. Kids and adventurous adults love it. The ceilings are low and may not be comfortable for tall adults. A queen size air mattress can be put in the great room to accommodate you as well. To rent this space is $100.00 per night. The property has a tree house and a play house that is a mini version of the main house. Owner lives on the property and is available to assist you with any needs you may have to make your stay a pleasant experience. (Your privacy is a priority). The grounds and pool will not be shared during your stay. A comfortable and inviting atmosphere with wireless internet and cable TV (with premiere stations) are included. The pool is not heated in the winter time. Can be heated for an additional cost. All that is needed is a tooth brush and a bathing suit. I live on the other end of the property but you never see me unless you want to. I am always available to assist with whatever needs you may have. You are within walking distance to the grocery store. You will be given a number on arrival for a discount on groceries. LA is spread out. You will need a car to get around Though the property in in a very safe area of Los Angeles security camera's are installed around the exterior and there is also an alarm system in your unit. A cat resides in the main house. It has never been in the rental unit, but highly allergic people should note this. Special attention is given to sanitizing every touchable surface before your arrival and after you leave. Guest access THE ENTIRE GROUNDS are yours to enjoy. Other things to note The bathroom has a shower only-no bathtub. The grotto pool is a salt water pool. Smoking is allowed on the outside patios. Early check-in or late check-out will be charged at $65.00 per hour A cat resides in the main house. It has never been in the rental unit, but highly allergic people should note this. When renting the Secret room/Great room for more than 2 people requires that you climb a ladder to get to the finished attic. People must be old enough (or young enough) to use this space. This area is $100.00 per night. Ask for pricing on more people. Due to the weddings and filming done on the property there are camera's outside on the property.
