Beautiful, Mediterranean style 5000 sq ft 6+5* home with large spacious kitchen, den and game room. Exquisite back yard boasts a pool and spa, barbecue, bar and outdoor gas fireplace. There is a large and spacious fully equipped kitchen, a large but cozy family room, and a fun and spacious Entertainment/Game Room, with bar and pool table. This home has tons of amenities and provides the arena for fun and relaxation, as well as providing the space you need to spread out and come together!!! The space It is a beautiful spacious house that has single pane french doors throughout the house to look out onto the spectacular resort like back yard. The yard is perfect for dinners, barbecues, swimming, or laying out. Enjoy a large and spacious fully equipped kitchen for home cooked meals. There is a large but cozy family room with a super large sofa and large side chair that converts to a twin bed. A fun and spacious Entertainment/Game Room, with bar and pool table provide hours of fun. The Master Suite has a large 50' flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The Master Bath boasting Egyptian limestone has a Roman style shower, soak in tub and a television. There are Large flat screen televisions throughout the house with cable hook up and access to all your aps. The televisions in the Master Bedroom and Family Room have surround sound. A full sound system throughout the house, including the back yard makes it easy to enjoy music from anywhere and everywhere. Just upload the Sonos ap on your cell phone and you'll be able to listen to your playlists, spotify, etc., all wireless! :) Please note that pool is heated by a pool cover during the Summer and proves to be sufficient. If you are requesting to heat the pool during non-Summer months, Spring/Fall $285 for the first day (pool is up to 8' deep and costly to heat) and $75 each additional day; Winter $385 for first day and $85 each additional day. The pool will be heated to 84 degrees. We provide complimentary heating of the spa for up to 3 hours per day. Guest access They will have access to audio/visual equipment throughout the house. Netflix and a huge dvd selection for viewing, games, a game room with pool table, indoor and outdoor gas fireplaces, baby crib & high chair upon request. Other things to note There is 1 King bed, 2 queen beds, 1 full size bed and 2 twin beds that can be converted into a King bed (make your request). A 6th bedroom with a queen bed is available at an additional charge per night. Please inquire. A Quality queen size air bed and bedding are available.
