Hunting, national parks, museums, wildlife, camping, hiking and biking trails make this the perfect place to experience Utah at its best! The house is two levels with a finished basement. It has a large paved driveway and cement patio with a picnic table and barbecue grill which are available, except during the winter months. Guest access The house (RED front door) is located on a corner lot. There is a set of large mailboxes and a stop sign in the front yard with a long paved driveway and a shed (RED door) at the end. Please see picture of the house on the website. Please use GPS to locate the house (other sites will lead you to the house across the street). There is a keyless entry. The access code will be sent closer to your arrival date. Other things to note ALL FREE AND CLEAR PRODUCTS….. NO PLUG-IN FRAGRANCES. Please read the house manual for details such as internet access, etc. There is a Graco Pac n' Play, child's cot w/mattress pad, baby gate and high chair located in the downstairs bedroom closet for those with small children. There is a keyless entry; I will text you the code before your arrival. Please turn the thermostat off before exiting the premises and also during extended periods of time while site-seeing, EXCEPT during winter months (the A/C is unavailable during the winter season). This allows me to keep the listing at a reasonable rate for you and upcoming guests.
