Benahavis Village House sleeps 8

This spacious family house is located in the centre of Benahavis, a traditional whitewashed village famed as a gastronomic centre. Only 100 yards from Benahavis’ bars, shops and restaurants this is an ideal location to relax with family and friends. Local amenities include golf courses, tennis/padel courts, cycling, canyoning, art galleries and country walks. The beach resorts of Puerto Banus and Marbella are only 10 minutes’ drive away. In winter you have the option to heat the pool. The space The house sleeps 8. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on 3 levels. On the top floor is the Master bedroom which has a King Size bed and TV with ensuite bathroom fitted with a shower, jacuzzi bath, sink and toilet. The second bedroom also on the top level also has a King Size bed and has an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, sink and toilet. The third bedroom is on middle level and has two single beds. It is on the same level where there is an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge and a separate bathroom which has a bathtub with shower over, sink and toilet. The fourth bedroom is on the lower level and has 2 single beds. The bathroom is separate and has a shower, sink and toilet. The laundry facilities are also on this level and a work space with doors to the private pool/terrace which has a gas BBQ. Guest access Whole 4 bedroom house, pool and terrace area. Other things to note There is a building site to the rear of the house which may from time to time be noisy. Working hours are usually from 0800-1600.
