Our 1 bedroom/2 bath condo sits right on beautiful Lake Hamilton. Walk out the back door and be on the dock in just seconds. Perfect for fishing/swimming/kayaking, you can even bring your boat! You have great views of the main channel and the 70W bridge. The condo sleeps 4 and there is a packnplay for a little one. It is centrally located, so you are within 5 minutes of Oaklawn and less than 10 minutes to downtown and the famous Bathhouse Row. The space This is a one bedroom, two bath condo. We have tried to provide all the comforts of home, including a stocked kitchen, games, books, magazines, cards, and plenty of towels and pillows. We even have beach/lake towels, lifejackets, a cooler and 4 extra lawn chairs for you to use as well. The bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a queen sofa bed. This is a downstairs unit, but if stairs are an issue then you can park at the end of the complex and take the sidewalk instead. There is a small slope to navigate to the sidewalk. Our goal is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, so please reach out to us with any questions or needs. We will do our best to help in anyway. We have a "guide book" for you on the coffee table that lists all our favorite restaurants, and adventures. The unit is a lower level unit which means someone may be staying above you. The condo above ours is a rental, but we do not own it. You may encounter some noise from above. This condo is a smoke-free unit. However, you may encounter the smell of smoke from the neighboring unit. We follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts. Here are a few highlights: 1. We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob 2. We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. 3. We refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room. 4. We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay. 5. We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines. Guest access This is a private condo, and you have access to the entire unit. The unit has keyless entry for easy check-in. We will send you directions and the door code the morning of check-in. Reminder that check-in is at 3:00pm. Check-out is at 10:00 am. Check out instructions are sent in the app and listed on the refrigerator. Please do not bring a grill to the property, they are not allowed by anyone.
