Nice walks, little traffic. Access to National Forest. Access to Tahoe-Donner trail system right below Hillside Dr. for hiking or snow shoeing. We have had some complaints from our neighbors that guests have been wondering through their yards. They are especially concerned about people being injured or killed by snow coming off their roof. Please be respectful of property boundaries. Renters will need a vehicle. There is a 2 car garage and ample parking in the driveway. Reno has the Reno Tahoe International Airport with several car rental agencies. Truckee and the Sierras have a mountain climate. It is warm in the summer months, though evenings are generally cool, and snowy in the winter months. In between it is quiet. Lots of hiking and recreational activities abound. Reno is 30 miles East on Highway 80, Lake Tahoe is 30 minutes (15 miles) South on highway 89.
