Both bathrooms are accessed through a bedroom , and the second small bedroom is accessed through the first bedroom. Pets are welcome. we prefer you not leave them unaccompanied. If you must, then they must be in a kennel. It gets windy at this end of the valley. Please take care when opening a car or building doors. Television - Streaming only, so Netflix, Prime, etc... available. No cable or satellite programming. I live in a home next door so I'm easily available. This is a small working farm, so there are often such activities going on. Also, this is a semi remote rural property, so there is potential for everything that goes along with that, along with all the farm animals, which are occasional insects, rodents, snakes, birds, etc.. . YOU MUST KNOW WHERE YOUR CHILDREN AND PETS ARE AT ALL TIMES
