The space With a living room, a full kitchen on the main level, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, you will have plenty of space for two couples or a family with kids. Have your cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the front porch overlooking beautiful common gardens or on a second-floor balcony off the master with a view of the creek. If you are not in the mood to explore many great Boulder restaurants in the neighborhood, cook your own meal in a fully stocked kitchen with Bertazzoni appliances, including an induction range. We provide coffee, tea, basic spices, and oil. Get cozy by a wood-burning fireplace in the evening. The TV has cable channels and apps like Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, and Pandora for your entertainment. The living room sectional can sleep one adult or two kids comfortably. The upstairs south-facing master bedroom has partial vaulted ceiling, an ensuite bath, and an outdoor balcony with seating. The 2nd bedroom is facing North and is more spacious and has a walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have queen-size beds with plush bedding and crisp all-white, 100% cotton, high thread-count linens.
