Our two-story townhome-style condo is nestled in a quaint, quiet creekside complex. In the heart of everything, the home is a pleasant 10-minute walk to Pearl Street Mall, where all the action and the best restaurants are, and it's also convenient to the CU Campus. The space With a living room, a full kitchen on the main level, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, you will have plenty of space for two couples or a family with kids. Have your cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the front porch overlooking beautiful common gardens or on a second-floor balcony off the master with a view of the creek. If you are not in the mood to explore many great Boulder restaurants in the neighborhood, cook your own meal in a fully stocked kitchen with Bertazzoni appliances, including an induction range. We provide coffee, tea, basic spices, and oil. Get cozy by a wood-burning fireplace in the evening. The TV has cable channels and apps like Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, and Pandora for your entertainment. The living room sectional can sleep one adult or two kids comfortably. The upstairs south-facing master bedroom has partial vaulted ceiling, an ensuite bath, and an outdoor balcony with seating. The 2nd bedroom is facing North and is more spacious and has a walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have queen-size beds with plush bedding and crisp all-white, 100% cotton, high thread-count linens. Big fluffy towels add even more comfort to your stay. Bathrobes and candles are for maximum relaxation after a long day. If you have specific requests (for example, baby gear, kids books/toys, sensitivity to particular products) please let us know in advance and we will make every effort to make your stay flawless. Max stay requirement is 29 nights. Guest access High-efficiency steam washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit for your laundry needs, but please leave house laundry for professionals. Detergent is provided. Parking in Boulder's downtown area is challenging sometimes. However, with an onsite private parking and an attached two-car garage, it could not be easier for our guests. You can simply leave your car and walk everywhere. And we have two bikes for our guests to cruise Boulder paths in style!
