Logan Square-Butterfly Room

DUE TO COVID, THERE ARE MANY LIMITATIONS. Preference will be provided to guests with proof of COVID vaccination. Room has lots of natural light, TV, 2 dressers, closet, lamps & desk. Includes continental breakfast. We keep a respectful and private environment. Given the different guests schedules, we keep the noise down after 10:30pm during the week and 12:30/1:00am during the weekend, unless we are having a gathering at the house. There is NO smoking inside the house. The space This is a 7 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms house in a quiet neighborhood. The space is well distributed with 2 kitchens, spacious dinning and living rooms, a small family room, and an enclosed patio. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, including the laundry room that is located in the lower level so you don't have to leave with dirty clothes in your luggage. Guest DO NOT have access to my personal bathrooms or my family individual spaces. The house has an enclosed outdoor patio with a grill that can be used for outdoor cooking. There is NO SMOKING allowed inside the house. Your stay includes continental breakfast, which you prepare yourself. I provide an orientation to the kitchen so you know where to find everything: eggs, bread, , cereal, oatmeal, juice and coffee or tea. During your stay We keep a family environment. We share some times at dinner time when everyone makes it around the same time in the evening. The kitchen and dining room are the main gathering place. We share conversations about our cultures and journeys around the world. On weekends, sometimes people gather in the living room to watch a movie. On special occasions, we go out together. Other things to note Close to restaurants, movie theater, sports bars, bowling alley, pharmacy, and grocery shopping. The heart of Logan Square is within few blocks walking distance. I have zone parking stickers for guests who bring their cars. Cleaning fees are charged per visit, or per month, depending on the length of your stay. Minimum charge per month in this room is $50. Monthly cleaning fee for short-term guests is $75 and includes other toiletries such as toilet paper and additional home goods, cleaning and kitchen supplies used by the long-term guests. Long-term cleaning and supplementary fee is $50 per month, in addition to the monthly rental fee. For your convenience this fee can be paid either all at once when doing the homestay booking, or it can be paid on a monthly basis to the host via the Airbnb portal or via Quickpay.
