In the DELUXE Val D'Orcia apartments you can relax in the middle of nature finding a spacious and very cozy house. The house is equipped with everything you need (including a dishwasher, washing machine, and wifi) and has large outdoor spaces with a swimming pool, gazebos, LCD TV, tables, and sofas. You will be followed by booking until your arrival with all the useful information and of course we will always be at your disposal throughout the stay. We look forward to seeing you! The space The house is easily accessible from the paved road, has a large entrance, convenient parking and is surrounded by greenery and nature. *In our vacation homes, all expenses are included in the booking price, including the portal fee and final cleaning. The accommodation tax is excluded and must be paid in cash upon arrival; it is €2 per night per person.* Our listings are super green! We carefully choose only cleaning products that are not harmful, we do not use plastic bottles, which we have replaced with glass jugs, we do not have air conditioners, we have replaced single-use shampoos, conditioners, and soaps with reusable containers, we have class A appliances and energy-saving lighting, we use only 100% cotton linens, and we also use only natural products for the gardens. Guest access Guests have free access to the apartment, the large fenced courtyard where they can conveniently park their car, the swimming pool (from 08:30 to 22:00 from June 10 to September 10), and the large gardens. The pool and gardens are shared only with another house but are very large and have gazebos, tables, LCD TVs, tables, benches and sofas both on the front of the house surrounded by plants and on the back so that everyone can have their privacy and also be able to eat outdoors in total relaxation! Other things to note Ours is a place where guests come to relax, you are kindly asked not to have parties and excessive noise during the day and you are kindly asked to lower your voice from 11:00 p.m. onwards. The house is equipped with everything you may need during your stay and is furnished with great attention to detail. It has a spacious kitchen overlooking the greenery, a bathroom also equipped with a bathtub and washing machine, a large living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom with a double bed + a bunk bed, and also a balcony overlooking the greenery.
