This is a wheelchair-friendly property The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor. 2 rooms on the ground are interconnected. - All rooms have king-sized beds. - TV is offered in one of the room on the first floor. - 3 rooms have attached bathrooms, 1 room on the ground floor has a shared bathroom. BATHROOMS - There are 3 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. - Separate dressing areas are offered in the attached bathrooms. COMMON AREAS - The living room seats 10 people and offers a TV and AC. - The dining area seats 8 people. - There is an 800 sq ft. lawn with seating for up to 12 people. - There is a sprawling swimming pool, 20x10 ft. in size. Guests can access the pool from 7 AM to 7 PM. - There are terraces with seating. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - Kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a gas stove, a refrigerator, a water purifier, and a toaster. - Crockery and cutlery are available. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. - Guests can choose to order-in or eat out at nearby restaurants.  - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the pool or play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in nature and embrace its beauty. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost. - Bar can be accessed at an additional cost. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention & ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support fans and lights for up to 8 hours. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work reasonably well here. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - All-male groups are not allowed. - Kindly note that for any corporate bookings and events, a refundable security charge will be levied.
