There is a whole house generator onsite which means you will always have power! *Please Read Prior to Booking: *If you’d like to use the washer and dryer during your stay, please coordinate with our office in advance to schedule a time. Laundry use is subject to availability and is offered at a flat rate of $10 per load (includes both washing and drying). *Parking: Only 1 parking spot is included with your reservation. If you need an extra spot, reach out for availability and options. For event weekends, there is an extra charge for additional parking spots and is subject to availability. *There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. This includes the pool and/or hot tub. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.* *All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.* *If your selected property offers the use of trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.* *Please be aware that you upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA.* *This is a pet friendly room! If you are bringing a pet, a $25 per pet, per stay fee, plus tax will be added onto your reservation. We allow a maximum of two pets.* Guest access ** WE ARE OPEN. We are following CDC guidelines for cleanliness and sterilization.** Upon arrival you will be given a door code and a quick tour of the house & grounds that you have access to! Other things to note 1. Our preferred check-in time is between 4pm and 6pm. This is the time we like to invite all of our guests to gather for drinks, cheese, grapes, and other snacks. This gives you a chance to meet the other interesting people staying with us during your visit, and it gives us a chance to get to know you. It is certainly fine to meet us and run off early for dinner plans☺! 2. While we would like for you to arrive during our normal check-in hours, we understand that this is not always possible. If you are unable to arrive during this time, we ask that you notify us in advance. We also have guests that will want to get into bed at normal hours. We respectfully ask that if you are unable to arrive during normal check-in hours, that you notify us in advance. You will also be asked to text one of the inn-keepers at least an hour before your late arrival. This will allow us to work with you on a time that we can be back home to meet you and to check you in. 3. We do not have a “staff” on site – we’re just a “mom & pop” place. We do not mind a request for an early check-in, but please request this in advance. It takes us an entire day, from 7am until 4pm, to get everything perfect for your arrival. However, we are happy to prepare your reserved suite for an earlier arrival whenever possible. 4. We love breakfast at our B&B, and everyone has such an enjoyable time. Feel free to come to the table in your robe and slippers! We want you to feel at home, and many of our guests arrive at breakfast with disheveled hair, sleepy eyes, and no make-up on. We encourage this behavior!
