Guest Room at Bucyrus Artist's Home

Guest Room in my home. I'm relaxed if you're respectful. Hello Guest access Guests will have access to Guest Bedroom, Upstairs (full) Bathroom, Dining Room, Kitchen, and outdoor space including driveway. Cabinets and closets should be considered "off limits" with the exception of upstairs bathroom drawers where towels are stored. Exposed personal possessions around the house are also "off limits" and should be left undisturbed. I may or may not be at home from time to time during a stay, but will only be in common areas (first floor... Living, Dining, Kitchen, Downstairs Bathroom). Bedroom and full Bathroom areas will be given full privacy during your stay. Other things to note Much of the common area in my home (including nearly every light, ceiling fans, vent fans, thermostat, etc.) are connected as part of a "Smart Home" setup. Various conditions such as motion in specific areas will cause lights to turn on or off in practical ways. Don't be startled if a motion sensing light pops on for you before you hit a switch. Also, the home is set to dim lights and fade out at 2am each day for electricity savings. Guest bedroom and ceiling fan operate on a traditional wall switch.
