Bedrooms with independent entrance and private bathroom/toilet. Independent kitchen reserved for guests of the 3 bedrooms . Nearby restaurants. The Romance room (Duplex) can be suitable for 1 to 4 people (two adults and 2 children). Breakfast included. Simplicity and good humor guaranteed The space The lake farmhouse is typical of the peasant houses of the Hauts de France. It is part of a family estate transmitted by my grandparents and located in the heart of the agglomeration of Ardres, 150 m from the lake. Romance room in a duplex of about 32 m2. Hall, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor, private internal staircase and sleep/relaxation area upstairs (160 x 200 bed). Wifi, radio, books, tea/coffee tray + kettle (no TV). A comfortable sofa bed (70x190) allows to accommodate an additional person of small size. A folding extra bed can be offered to accommodate a family (2 adults and 2 children). See photos. Guest access Reminder: A shared dining room, equipped with a kitchen area and independent from my home, is available to facilitate your stay and admire the view of the lake (see photos) Private access to the lake and pastures to make a caress to our two adorable ânesses Quenotte and Rosetta (who love apples and carrots but not bread) During your stay I live in the first part of the farmhouse and am very available to people who respect my privacy. Other things to note Hello guest friends I have been hosting since 2008 in my 3 guest rooms, completely renovated recently. My pleasure is intact when I receive guests prioritizing human relationships. Here we communicate, we share, we laugh...Those who are mainly looking for hi-tech equipment, a "lockbox" welcome and/or a housekeeper at their disposal 24/7 or who think (wrongly) not being able to survive without TV will surely find their happiness elsewhere than at La Fermette du Lac All others will be warmly received:-) Booking for 1 night possible, decreasing rate from 3 nights and different conditions on other sites without intermediary.
