If you love sitting under the stars in the evenings, hiking, kayaking, barbecueing, fishing, golfing and nature then the Hatzic Lake House is for you! Close to Harrison Hot Springs, Sandpiper Golf, US border Abbotsford airport and Olde Town Mission shopping. 1300 sq ft lower level of house is for guest use and is comfortable for up to 4. Fire Pit, Gas BBQ, boat launch, dock, 55" TV, and beach for summer fun. 5 kayaks and PFDs available. Relax in this peaceful setting and enjoy the lake. The space You have the entire main floor of the home which includes 2 bedrooms with hotel quality queen beds, a large living room with sofa & love seat, table and 4 chairs, bathroom, laundry with sink and shared entry. Outdoor areas include a boat launch, dock, fire pit, concrete patio with gas bar-b-cue, table and chairs, outdoor lounger and conversation set. There are beach towels, picnic basket etc. available for guest use in summer months. There is not a full kitchen but a microwave, bar fridge, coffee maker, kettle, outdoor cooler, toaster, dishes and utensils. Guest access The main floor of the home is for guest use and accessed from both front door and french doors to patio. There is a shared entry. You have a Keurig coffee maker, bar fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle and microwave in your space. There is a sink but no full kitchen oven. There is a full sized fridge/freezer in the garage if required. Large outdoor cooler. Light laundry use can be arranged. Please check with me. Other things to note Continental breakfast included. (Coffee, latte, or Tea, Orange Juice, Yogurt, Cereal, Oatmeal, fresh fruit and daily baked goods - either bagels and cream cheese, muffins, strudels, donuts, etc.) Please let me know if you have any allergies or special requirements, or if you would prefer not to have breakfast. If you plan to use the Kayaks we require a Waiver signed for insurance purposes.
