A downstairs spa villa one bedroom suite on the beautifully landscaped grounds of La Quinta Resort. For a few nights or a few weeks, you won't find a better value in this iconic desert location. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa, coffee table, additional seating and a flat screen TV. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, gas oven and range, dishwasher and microwave. There is a dining table with seating for four next to the kitchen. There is a hall bathroom with a shower, toilet and single vanity. The bedroom has a king bed, TV and a desk. The master bathroom has a double vanity, water closet and separate shower and tub. The property has 2 private patios with western mountain views. The community pool and hot tub are just steps from the back patio and master bedroom. The condo sits only a short-walk to the main hotel lobby, conference center, restaurants and shops and it is only steps to the spa. The unit can be combined with SV003 (Upstairs Studio Spa Villa with Western Mountain Views) to create a spacious two bedroom Spa Villa (subject to availability). Enjoy a nice discount over hotel rates for this beautiful home and purchase spa and some hotel services on a fee basis. THE PROPERTY IS A PRIVATELY OWNED RESIDENCE AND GUESTS STAYING IN THE CONDO DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO ALL HOTEL SERVICES INCLUDING DAILY MAID AND ROOM SERVICE, THE MAIN HOTEL POOL OR THE FITNESS/TENNIS CENTER. Prior to arrival, Occupant will receive access codes to electronic door locks and/or lock boxes containing keys to the Premises. The Premises may contain common area keys/cards and remote control device(s) for garage door/gate openers that are the responsibility of the Occupant. Occupant shall pay all costs and charges related to the loss of any keys or opening devices. The Spa Villas at La Quinta Resort are a collection of privately owned townhomes surrounding Spa La Quinta. Guests enjoy a premier resort location, beautifully landscaped grounds and access to multiple pools and hot tubs throughout the community. The majority of the townhomes are less than a 5 minute walk to the main lobby area. Multiple dining options, a variety of shops and the resort's conference rooms are located near the lobby. The hotel environment provides a secure, serene setting to enjoy a world-class vacation. The community is a short-drive to the Mountain and Dunes Golf Courses, Old Town La Quinta and the Highway 111 shopping corridor. La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's CareerBuilder Challenge is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a 10-15 minute drive from a majority of our properties in the city. Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. The Coachella Valley is a wonderful destination for outdoor adventure in all seasons. This vacation villa is the perfect place for your next visit to the California desert! Guests visiting the Coachella Valley can access a majority of the desert's attractions within 10-45 minutes by car. Ride share and taxis are available a majority of the time and are more readily available from November-April. Palm Springs International Airport is a 20-45 minute drive from most desert locations and Ontario and Los Angeles International Airport can be used as alternatives for air travel. Interstate 10 runs through the northern side of the Coachella Valley providing access to all desert cities from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego to the west and Phoenix and Las Vegas to the east and north. A car is recommended for any extended stay in the area PETS: DOGS ONLY are allowed. Occupant agrees to comply the following: 1. Guest to pay additional pet fee in the amount of $100. 2. All pets must comply with the following specifications: a. May not exceed 50 lbs. b. Must be at least 2 year(s) of age or older. c. Must be spayed or neutered. d. Must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heart-worm preventive is highly recommended. 3. All pets must be leashed at all times outside the Premises. 4. Guest is responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. 5. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. 6. All pets are to be treated with a topical flea and tick repellent prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks present in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. 7. Pet must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage will be charged to the occupants electronic form of payment on-file. 8. Guest should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. 9. Pet will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or out. Pet will not be left unattended on balcony, patio, or porch. 10. California Vacation Villas assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or be caused by pets while on on the Premises. *IF AN UNAUTHORIZED PET IS ON THE PREMISES THE GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR A $250 PET FEE
