By car 19 minutes to central station. Exellent location for bicycling, the Beemster polder is just 500 meters away. The space The apartment has 60 square meters floor surface, and is located in a building with 4 other apartments. There are two stairs you have to climb to get to the apartment, in the apartment are also two small stairs. Not really suitable for people with mobility problems. If you want to stay with 3 persons , there is a extra bed behind the couch in the livingroom. ( see photo). The entrance to the apartment is through a alley. At the end of the alley are the baker and butcher, as well as a some restaurants. Well equipped kitchen. Supermarkets and a night shop at less than 200 meters. Television with international channels and Netflix. Fast internet. Independent heating system. Great bus system to Amsterdam. Average 20 minutes. Guest access If you enter the building, before you go up the stairs, on your left is an area with a washing machine and dryer that can be used free of charge. Here you can also drop off your luggage. Other things to note The area around the studio is payed parking. Parking for 8 euro a day is possible. Free parking at 350 meters. The third person sleeps in the livingroom. (see photo) The apartment itself is in the car free city center of Purmerend. 50 bars and restaurants within 500 meters. For accessing the bedroom you have to go up a small staircase. To reach the apartment you have to go up two staircases. Not suitable for people who have mobility problems. For the third person there is a floor mattress with bedding or the cough. See pictures.
