Upon arriving at this breathtaking five bedroom estate, you are greeted with a flowing stone fountain with grand horses spraying water at the center ..of the circular drive, indicative of the elegance that awaits you...... This 8,100-square-foot-home with elevator, welcomes you inside with a Swarovski crystal chandelier hovering above the foyer, a magnificent center piece that catches the day’s sun rays to project a rainbow of reflections across the walls, and makes the house come alive with glimmering radiance come night time. Just beyond the foyer, a 40-foot-high atrium rises above the central great room,Ceiling mural is not to be missed!! Enjoy all the wine country has to offer here!! Off of the great room is the completely stocked gourmet kitchen , its gold leaf trimmed cabinetry and marble counters the setting for stainless steel appliances and a professional grade workspace; including spices & cooking essentials, whether cooking with friends or arranging for a private chef to create fantastic meals from locally sourced ingredients, the kitchen serves as the hub of the home adjacent to the great room, and one that will inspire many a sit-down feasts and gatherings!!. When slumber calls, make your way up the villa staircase Or elevator, and choose among three en-suite bedrooms, two of which are located on one side of the house, while the master is located on the other side of the elevator, well-appointed with a sauna, double vanities, shower, and outdoor balcony. For those who prefer a downstairs suite, there is a Queen room below the master suite!!! The villa also consists of two private en suite houses that form a wonderful enclave, with a total of 6 bedrooms, of living arrangements for anyone wanting more privacy while still being close to all of the festivities. . For groups traveling with extended family members, our villa has more than enough sleeping quarters to accommodate everyone. Just steps away from the main house is a 1 bedroom guest house and a separate 1-bedroom cabana house each containing their own kitchen, outdoor dining area, both ensuite. the cabana, has a lovely small trellised patio . A curved stone balustrade looking straight out to the vineyards nessled in the hills beyond , and the the pool with steps leading down to the entertainment terrace. Taking in the surrounding Sonoma Valley views of vineyards is easy at Heaven Hill — lounge poolside on a plush reclining chair, stroll through the grounds to the ornate gazebo, sit back on one of the multi-level decks or organize a friendly game of Bocce ball on your very own court. The alfresco dining table and beautiful outdoor kitchen to make it easy to dine under the stars and cozy up next to one of the 3 fire pits around the property once the sun drops down. Conceived to offer a wide variety of spaces in which to experience the benign climate, the 10-acre estate at Heaven Hill draws visitors from all over the world for its tranquil vistas of the valley, and privacy!!!! NO LARGE PARTIES PER AIRBNB . ****NOTE: FOR BOOKINGS OVER 8 PEOPLE , THERE WILL BE A $100 PER PERSON PER DAY!!!.......Thank You..... Guest access The Whole Villa and all out door amenities!!! ***NOTE...there is absolutely NO smoking in the villa or grassy grounds... if you must please provide a proper disposal for the cigarette and cigar butts!!! DURING COVID there are no large parties or events!!! Private chefs.....Chefs..we recommend are Catherine Venturi, Chay....Linda mcCullock..as well as Delish Dish..Park Avenue catering, Chef Willie Other things to note Good to Know We are fortunate to be able to provide you this beautiful villa in the Wine Country...We operate under the Sonoma County Vacation Lodging rules. PLEASE help us maintain our 5 * status, and more importantly our license!!!! This villa can arrange optional cleanings daily, with a 2 hour bed and bath touch up and linen changes or a full midweek cleaning (this can be booked at an extra cost per hour), However, for Stays of longer than 7+ nights , we will require a mid week cleaning , including fresh linens and restocking of supplies. These cleanings are charged to the guest upon checkin at the same rate as the cleaning fee. Our knowledgeable house managers, are pleased to answer any and all questions ,you will be provided their numbers on your arrival!!! Or feel free to contact us anytime before your arrival so we can enhance your stay!! Please note...no large parties or gather things beyond family pod during Covid. **Our pool temperature stays at around 79-80 degrees.......OPTIONAL pool heating is available @$175 per day Jan-April ,Nov & Dec... $150 May-Oct (pre paid through PayPal or Venmo). ......Hot tub is complimentary ...heated as you wish. *** Please use glass containers for any cigar or cigarettes used by fire pits.... ***EXCESSIVE cleaning. or damages.......beware you may be charged. ***NO Pets allowed unless previously discussed with owners. *** .NO LOUD MUSIC AFTER 10 PM ..........Sonoma County Ordinance *** DURING COVID...no events or parties.!!!
