This studio is bathed in natural light, with a balcony overlooking a lush backyard and a terrace overlooking the San Diego harbor and skyline. Conveniently located in Point Loma Heights, 1 mile to the beach and harbor and 3 miles to the airport and downtown! The space The entire upstairs of the house is yours. Walk up the outdoor staircase and into the studio through your private entrance. The studio has a comfortable king bed and a futon that opens to a double bed (with extra pillows and linens inside the futon). It is not equipped with a kitchen, but it does have a kitchenette, including a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker (stocked with coffee!), tea, and toaster/dishes/glasses/cutting board/wine glasses/can opener for you to use, and we'll take the dirty dishes and wash them when you're done! Perfect to enjoy simple breakfasts and evening wine and cheese on the terrace. Newly renovated bathroom with soaking tub. Has central air conditioning, but the controller is not in the unit so we removed AC from amenities list and lowered our cost accordingly. During the hot months, we keep the temp around 74. The windows open provide cross winds since we are on a hill with the ocean on one side and the harbor on the other, so it is usually cool in the rental with windows open. Heater with thermostat in unit. We also have a pack n' play, beach towels for you to use, baby toys, snorkel equip, and yoga mats in the closet, if needed. Fast and stable Internet connection for those of you who need to get a good signal for work! Regarding COVID-19 precautions, we have increased the cleaning fee to include a deep clean and sanitization between guests. Thank you for your understanding on this! Guest access The studio has two private terraces (one small, which is also the entrance and one large -- 11x20 feet overlooking the bay, Coronado bridge, SeaWorld and Bay Fireworks) for you to enjoy. Other things to note We appreciate you keeping quiet after 10pm and before 7am. We are generally a quiet family, work from home part-time so we can usually be around to support you during your stay!
