The room has a bed, desk, shelf and wardrobe. Guest toilet next to the room. Shower is in the bathroom, shower time is booked. At check-in, there is a key, bed linens and bath towels. In the kitchen, you have your own small fridge, storage and bench area. Coffee, tea and bread are offered for your breakfast. The home is family-friendly, party and drug-free. Blankets, pillows, sheets and towels are included. Wi-Fi and TV screen with Chromecast are available in the room as well as a dining area and workspace. The room is located in the hall with a small toilet and kitchen right next door. Some breakfast items are available. This is a shared accommodation and you will be staying in our home. At a discounted price, you as a guest are expected to manage a self-catering. Clean your room after you and common shared areas that you used before departure. Private fridge in the kitchen as well as your own equipped kitchen cabinet, countertop, glass, porcelain, kettle and coffee maker, shared microwave and stove. Guests wash dishes by hand and then use the sink, but if I am home, I usually also put your glasses, mugs and plates in the dishwasher. Shower and bath need to be coordinated when there are several of us, which I arrange. As a guest, you need to communicate in advance when you need to use the facility. There is a laundry room in the house but it usually needs to be booked 1 week in advance. Please let us know if you need to do laundry during your stay. It can be arranged but for an extra appropriate fee for coordination or help with the laundry. You are also welcome to use the shared balcony in the house with the neighbors, provided it is free. It has a nice view of the rooftops down towards the cathedral. Here we live together under our own responsibility, some service and mutual respect. I always provide clean sheets. Did you know that a set of sheets costs about SEK 300 to hand in for laundry in Sweden? It can be good to include as a parameter of price comparison as a guest. This always includes clean sheets, some breakfast accessories, your own food and refrigerator storage and utensils to be able to self-cater. Airbnb charges a fee of 19% of your total cost as a guest. If the room is discounted, it is I as the host who have temporarily lowered the price. A warm welcome! During your stay The accommodation is shared and we will be between 2-4 people at the same time depending on who is here. We'll probably meet daily in the kitchen. Your room is your own and there you are all by yourself. You need to let me coordinate the shower and bath that are located at the far end of the apartment. This is easiest done via text message here in the app but easiest by phone when you stay here and if it's okay with you. Talking when we see each other is of course also good. Always: If you book a full week you get a discount and at a month a bigger discount. You'll also have the option to choose the type of cancellation policy when booking and get a discount depending on policy choices. It gets great value in a shared self-catering with added value. I provide some breakfast items, which vary a little, but coffee and tea. There are always on clean sheets for you and towel. You clean up after yourself at checkout. See house rules for cleaning instructions. If I am home, I can offer cleaning for a fee. Best is to agree in advance. Please contact me for check-in time in advance. It is usually possible to alternate the check-in time if we find an agreement in advance. However, you need to ask if you plan to check in outside of check-in time as late check-ins cannot be guaranteed. I also have a car and can for extra fee pick up at the airport upon request and availability. I usually take 450 sek for this When you get to the property, we'll go through where to find what you need and which spaces are available. Some of the apartment is private. The key is acknowledged and confirmed with message that check-in has gone well here in the app and returned according to the same routine at the time of return. The key is an act of value and should be treated accordingly for everyone's safety. I wish that my guests are fully vaccinated and can show their Covid passports and arrive fully healthy. Please cancel in case of symptoms or illness. Please avoid using strong perfumes during the stay please. The whole house is non-smoking even the balconies.
