The space In constructing the lodging, we've paid special attention to ensuring our guests have a comfortable and unforgettable stay. The property features a beautiful newly built pool with a breathtaking view and sanitized with saltwater. ***The pool is shared with guests from another house on the property, which accommodates a maximum of 3 people, ensuring tranquility and privacy.*** The accommodation is divided into two floors. GROUND FLOOR: living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, induction cooktop, oven, and dishwasher. FIRST FLOOR: bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom. A large window in the bedroom offers a stunning view of the hills. There's also a workspace with a desk for guests who wish to work remotely. Upon request, a crib for infants is available. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. A hair dryer is also available for our guests. The cottage is equipped with air conditioning for the summer and a pellet stove for winter heating. GARDEN: The accommodation features a spacious garden shared with the owners of the house and guests from another house on the property, furnished with garden furniture (table, chairs, sun loungers, bench) and an umbrella. Parking on the property is free. THE SURROUNDINGS: The Euganean Hills offer a territory rich in experiences for all tastes. Food and wine lovers can explore the many local wineries and enjoy traditional dishes in trattorias, restaurants, and pizzerias. Other things to note In the property, there are two dogs, both very gentle, sociable, and friendly. They're accustomed to strangers and love interacting with people, including children.
