Welcome to Everett Inn, a darling private 800 sqft farmhouse style home located in the Historic Steunenberg District in downtown Caldwell, just 1 block from College of Idaho. Close FWY access 5 mins. Walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, downtown Indian Creek in Caldwell, ice cream/frozen yogurt shops as well as sporting events at College of Idaho. A short 15 minute drive will land you in beautiful wine country with so many spectacular wineries to chose from. The space Our house accommodates 4 guests with a private bedroom that includes a queen size Tempur-pedic mattress and a queen sized air mattress that could be set up in the bedroom or the living room area. We also have a pack n play available on request. High speed internet is included. There is a private driveway directly in front of the house, steps away from the front door that you have access to. Additional on street parking available. We are pet friendly but please be aware that our yard is not fully fenced. Please mention that you have a pet (s) in your reservation and be sure to add the pet when you place the reservation. There is a flat $50 pet fee per stay. No more than two animals. We have a few additional house rules with pets. They must be well behaved or trained. Please keep your animals leashed when outside the cottage. Have them do their business on the grass and pick up after them. No pets on the furniture. No excessive noise. Animals left alone when you leave the cottage must be left in a kennel or crate. Thanks for making this a good experience for us. We love pets and would like to continue to offer this for our guests. Guest access You have access to the entire cottage, the large grassy area on the side of the cottage and to a private driveway. Other things to note Although I welcome small children, please take note that my house is not childproofed with covers over the electrical outlets, chemicals are stored under the kitchen sink and I also have a textured raw wood wall that could possibly cause splinters. Some of my smaller furniture pieces are lightweight and could possibly topple over on a small child. I do have an increased cleaning fee of $120 for stays greater than 30 days due to the increase of time and effort it takes my cleaning crew.
