Fully functional kitchen, 3 bed rooms with well cleaned attached bathrooms. the fully air-conditioned bed rooms are tastefully furnished and decorated. place is very closed to supermarkets. This house is at first floor with lift facility. it has dedicated dining area, 1 hall and kitchen. The space Space is located in best residential colony. fully functional kitchen, comfortable Bed and Bathrooms. it can accommodates from 6 guests upto 8 guests. it has chairs, wardrobe, ac, enough plug points to charge electronics. two attached bath rooms and 1 common bathroom with shower. LIST OF AMENITIES/FACILITIES 3 A/c bed rooms blankets towels and bed sheets mattress for extra guests TV with cable connection RO water purifier kitchen with baisc utensils, mixer grinder Fridge Microwave washing machine available in ground floor. this is shared washing machine for entire building. Guest access guest can access entire first floor with living room , dinning room, 3 bedrooms and balcony with 1 car parking. Guests laundry needs are serviced by an on-site washing machine. This is self service. Other things to note When you check in and take keys of the house, you take responsibility just as your own home. Host bears no responsibility for any loss to guests belongings or for failure in their duty of care. common area is under surveilance camera. Housekeeping during your stay is Guest responsibility. To assist guests, we have a part-time maid who comes in to clean while the housekeeper could assist with making the bed. Both should be supervised. In the event of power disruption, the House is equipped with 2000va Inverter but this powers only some fans and lights but not heavy power consumption items like Air Conditioners or Fridge.
