If you are travelling with more than 1 vehicle, any additional vehicles must be parked on the street at the front. Other things to note This apartment is located in a peaceful area and is part of a residential apartment block shared amongst other long-term residents. This means all disruptive parties and events are strictly prohibited, regardless of size. Those found guilty of breaking house rules will be removed from the property immediately and their payments will be forfeited. Sound Limiters: Sound over 120 decibels If the sensors pick up sound more than the maximum people the booking is for the electricity will cut off. These are smart sensors that will notify us if the sound levels are above the permitted sound over a period of time. If the sensors are triggered the whole deposit will be retained and you maybe asked to leave the property without a refund for the booking as well as the deposit.
