Located in Glasgow’s Southside, this is a light and cheery flat on the second and third floors of a traditional tenement building. All rooms overlook a Square with views of two church steeples which look stunning as the light bounces off them. Whether your stay is for work or pleasure, everything you need is on the doorstep. Great transport links. Free on-street parking. Plenty of independent bars, restaurants & independent shops. And, the 148-acre Queen's Park is at the end of the block. The space The flat is a rare full-height duplex in an otherwise traditional tenement building. The rooms are decorated comfortably with a mix of modern and vintage furnishings, and plants (lots of plants!). This is a place where you are invited to relax and feel at ease. Guest access The guest room is private and is lockable. The bathroom is shared, as is the kitchen, living room and upper hallway lounge area. My office is private but can be used by arrangement if you like to have an important zoom mtg. Other things to note My home is also the home of my two small terrier dogs, Crissi and Archi. They are very affectionate and are free to roam in the flat although they are NOT allowed in the guest room or bathroom. Registration Details Provisional Licence Number – GL00768
