Adorable studio cottage on a farm

Relax at this peaceful studio cottage 5 minutes from Tracy. A simple and cozy studio with a taste of farm life. This is our second AirBnB unit next to the 2bd one. Take a walk to our u-pick fruit orchard and say hello to our farm animals grazing in the adjacent areas! A quiet getaway for families with small children. Located minutes from the 205 and 5 freeways, 65 miles from San Francisco, on the way to the Yosemite National Park. Please make sure to read the house rules. The space This is a detached studio about the size of a hotel room (400 sqft) with a standard queen bed and a sofa bed that becomes a queen bed (4-inch thick mattress) for children. The bathroom has a shower and the kitchenette has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and water boiler (no cooking stove or pots). Internet and air TV (no subscriptions), the 40+ Mbps wifi is great when streaming but occasionally intermittent. We provide the basic amenities (pillows, linens, blankets, shampoo etc.) Please let us know who will be staying, how many cars will be parked, home city and the purpose of your trip. Other things to note We live on the property just across the street. We are busy with the farm, so we can't answer too many requests, but we will do our best to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. We don't check phone or text but promptly respond to AirBnB messaging during the daytime. Inquire for longer stays. Pets are not allowed due to territorial conflicts with our farm animals.
