Charming attic loft (85 m²) in a lovingly renovated 1926 house in Mariazell on Lake Erlaufsee. Open living space with mountain views of the Gemeindealpe, a cozy double bed, and a spacious bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. Kitchen with Nespresso machine, breakfast bar with bar stools, Wi-Fi, and TV. Bedding sheets & towels included. Free parking at the house. Shared use of the garden terrace in summer. Our guests receive free admission to the outdoor swimming pool in Mitterbach. The space We ask for your understanding that we accept bookings for no more than 2 adults in the loft apartment. Unfortunately, children are NOT allowed in the loft for safety reasons. Our apartments are non-smoking. No pets are allowed in our apartments. Other things to note Info: Upon arrival, a municipal overnight stay tax of EUR 2.5/night per person (from 16 years of age) must be paid.
