All new amenities include new mattress, new bathroom, new floors, new washer and dryer. One queen sized bed with new Casper mattress and pillows. Two comfy chairs to relax and watch tv in, or curl up in bed and swivel the tv to watch your favorite show as you fall asleep. Mini fridge and microwave are available for you to store and heat up leftovers. Laundry machines are available for you to use during your stay. Airconditioning, heat, wifi, etc. all make the space comfortable no matter the season. Guest access Guest suite is located in the basement of the main house. Access is located via the back of the house down a short flight of stairs. Keypad with code makes access easy. Other things to note Unit is a daylight basement, footsteps may be heard from the unit above during your stay. For guests that want to stay longer than 2 weeks, host may need to access laundry machines.
