The space The apartment has a master bedroom with a queen bed and a secondary bedroom with two single beds. In both cases, with semi-hard mattresses and comfortable pillows. Each room has a ceiling fan with speed control. It has a large and comfortable balcony with a spectacular view of the mountains, with chairs and a table to rest and enjoy the landscape. From there you can see an amazing sunrise at 5:30 am. The balcony is also very comfortable for teleworking. Being on a corner, the apartment is very cool, receiving wind and lighting throughout the day. The secondary bedroom has a very comfortable desk for teleworking or studying, so you will not need to go to the common rooms of the complex for this, which gives the apartment a lot of privacy and tranquility. It has a large living room to rest and relax with comfortable furniture and a 50-inch flat screen TV and NanoCell technology that purifies colors. There is free DirecTV. The TV has streaming platforms such as Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ that you can use with your own credentials. The apartment has high-speed WiFi. The entire apartment has large windows covered with mosquito nets to prevent insects from entering and blackout to filter sunlight. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment: dishes, pots, wine glasses, cutlery, coffee maker, blender, pans for cooking, washing machine, refrigerator, marble countertops and stove, juicer and electric oven. There is salt, sugar, and cooking oil. There are also sheets, shower towels, and basic toiletries and household cleaning items. The apartment does not have hot water. Guest access The set has ample elevator for access even with wheelchair, library, oratory, shared jacuzzi, cinema room, gym, coworking spaces, ping pong table, pool table, restaurant, beautiful pool, nursing and large lobby areas. Guests can access these common areas at no additional cost. They must simply reserve some of the areas and comply with disinfection and social distancing protocols. The pool water is cold, ideal for the hot and humid tropical climate of Anapoima. In the afternoon hours (from 4 pm) the pool becomes warm. Other things to note No pets are allowed in the apartment. Please note that the apartment is located in a rural area of Anapoima, surrounded by a lot of vegetation and bodies of water, with a humid tropical climate, so it is normal for there to be some kind of presence of insects such as ants, mosquitoes, bees, wasps and other animals such as bats, frogs, etc. Due to the location of the complex, this variable is not complicated for us to control 100%. Our cleaning team checks for insects and we do our best to make sure they are not there when the guest arrives at the apartment. We invite you to enjoy nature and rest from the noise of the city. The residential club is very well adapted for seniors, including handrails in the pools and in the apartment's main shower. The building has three floors, with wide and safe stairs. There is a large elevator, in case any guest requires wheelchair access. The club has an in-house restaurant that is under concession and operates during the weekends. Meals must be booked on advance. Pool and hot tub hours are required to use swimming cap in the pool. All children under 10 years of age must enter the wet areas with an adult. To use the jacuzzi, you must reserve the turn at the desired time on a board next to the pool. The pool is under maintenance on Wednesdays, all day, and therefore will not be in operation. The apartment is conditioned for a maximum of 4 people. If they like to accommodate more than 4 people, the extra person will cost $27 per night, and they can stay on the couch or some mattress or sleeping pad that the guest owns.
