Amedeo is a 180-sq.m apt on two levels. At the 1st floor a kitchen with fireplace, a living room with sat-tv and free wifi, a double bedroom, a twin bedded room, 2 bathrooms. At the ground floor a sitting room where two single beds can be arranged. The space Casa Amedeo is a spacious apartment in the heart of the medieval village. It has a big kitchen with fireplace, a living room with modern amenities (sat-tv and free wifi), two bedrooms (a double and a twin), each one with its bathroom. A spiral stairway leads to the ground floor, where the old barn was reconverted into a cool sitting room. On request we can arrange two extra beds at the ground level. Guest access The five units we rent in the village share an infinity pool located at the top of the hill. On the way to the pool there's a barbecue area. The village has also a small grocery shop open daily except on Mondays. Other things to note The rental cost includes: Welcome pack, linen, towels, use of the apartment and domestic appliances, resort facilities, barbecue and outside tables, sat-tv, free wi-fi in all houses and in the area surrounding the reception, wood for the fireplace, swimming pool and swimming pool towels (during summer), final cleaning and taxes. For stays of more weeks there is also a full cleaning with complete change of sheets and towels after each week.
