The apartment is centrally located in a beautiful renovated old building. The metro is directly in front of the door and brings you to central station and city center in five minutes. All shops for daily needs as well as nice bars, cafes, restaurants are right there. You walk only 10 minutes to the Isar and the most beautiful recreational area of Munich, the Flaucher. The apartment is perfect for groups and families between 3 and 5 people. We also have a sleeping sofa for two additional guests The space Beautifully renovated old building with freshly renovated apartment on the ground floor with a total of two sleeping rooms with new mattresses and an adjoining room with single bed. The adjoining room (Sleeping room 3) is only seperated from one sleeping room with a curtain. It fits best for Children. The guests will have a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, a newly renovated large bathroom and a large living room with dining area and pull-out sofa bed for two additional guests if you need. The rooms are completely new furnished. Of Course the Apartment is equipped with TV, towels, hair dryer, washing machine and bed clothes. Professional cleaning. A cot is available for free. Relaxed parking Situation. You easily can park the car directly in front of the Apartment for 6 EUR per day. Unusually for Munich you can buy daily tickets.
