Barely one and half hour's drive from Toronto, this charming waterfront cottage feels like a real escape. Nestled out on a point off a private lane, just finished re-renovation (2018), we have a contemporary (2000 sq ft) ,4 bedroom, 3 bath, Luxury two Ensuite , open concept cottage with great room and dining room with gas fireplace. Lake views are amazing located on the South-Eastern shore of Lake Simcoe you will witness sunsets so you feel very relaxing. The space Wonderful modern space--great food preparation areas/kitchen, a table for dinner and coffee table, we use Town Water. Kitchen with stainless appliance, microwave and coffee makers(not include coffee) , toaster, cutlery. ---50' smart TV ---We don't provide any towels . Enormous deck overlooking Lake Simcoe features table, chairs, one BBQ We also have PFD's and such for use during the stay. The home provides ample parking on the driveway:5 cars easily fit on the driveway with additional room for cars on tihe road. 🤩🤩🤩 Extra money charge for Bedroom 5 for the boat house Guest access we have boat house with one bedroom and one bathroom and living room with sofa bed, the boat house can fit 4 peoples(extra charge) Other things to note --Absolutely no smoking inside of the property . --No outdoor shoe inside the room. --No pets. --No firepit for fire . --No firework inside and outside. --Please keep the noise down to a reasonable amount, so talking doesn't disturb neighbors. --Thank you, and sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. --we don't provide any towels and hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner -- Please bring your own water shoes ❤️❤️❤️ Could you please do us a favour and take all your garbage with you upon check-out.
