This charming studio apartment is located in the Terrace Lakes community, very close to the golf course. Enjoy many activities right within Terrace Lakes such as golfing, hiking, snolf, or take a dip in the year-round outdoor geothermal heated pool. Or explore the area and float the river, go white water rafting, fly fishing, snow shoeing, snowmobiling, kayaking and more. After a day of relaxing or adventure, a comfortable bed and warm home will welcome you at your new favorite getaway. The space This is a studio apartment perfect for a couple, small family, or close friends. There is one cozy queen bed as well as a full size futon, each with their own TV (with Netflix). Your home is private, however you will access it through a shared secondary garage that we rarely use. The apartment is located next to our primary home we live in. Guest access You have full access to the entire studio apartment, and both front, back decks as well as the wilderness surrounding us. Other things to note You will need to be able to climb stairs. There is no gate or door at the top of the stairs and it is open to the living space. A small Cuisinart convection oven, electric griddle & panini make in addition to the other kitchen appliances are included. The geothermal pool located at Terrace Lakes does have a daily charge for use. However using our membership it is half price for our guests.
