There is lots of room for cooking with full size appliances including a dishwasher. A full size washer and dryer are located nearby. Conveniently located 5 miles from the brick streets in downtown Nacogdoches and 6 miles to the gorgeous campus of Stephen F. Austin State University. The cottage is situated in a beautiful country setting atop one of the highest points in the county. Surrounded by rolling landscapes, you will appreciate the dramatic views and spectacular sunsets. Park (paved) right outside your door in this secure location. We are very dog friendly and welcome any well behaved dog(s). --This cottage (and all our other cottages and suites) is smoke free. Feel free to move the lawn chairs around the grounds for the best sunset or star gazing viewing. Other things to note We are dog friendly, but please pick up after your furry friend. And for your dog's safety, please don't leave him/her unattended. If you are interested in any dates which are not available on the calendar, contact me anyway -- I may be able to shuffle things around to accommodate you. Please no visitors on the property other than the guests on the reservation -- regardless of whether they sleep over or not. This includes adults, children, infants -- family members, friends and dogs. Some exceptions may be made with prior notice -- and may involve a fee. Please be honest and transparent of intentions to avoid any issues on your reservation. The water heater is 19 gallons, so keep that in mind when back to back showers are involved.
