This quiet cottage with a view of the Grand Mesa is located 1/4 mile from world famous road and mountain biking and hiking trails and three miles from the east entrance of the Colorado National Monument. We are 2 miles from downtown Main Street with famous Art on the Corner, art galleries, shopping, restaurants, the historic Avalon theater and seasonal farmers market. Our cottage is located 10 miles from Fruita Co, 11 miles from the Palisade orchards and wineries, 90 miles from Moab and 2 hours, to Telluride, Aspen and Vail. The Powderhorn ski resort is 45 minutes away on the Grand Mesa, largest flat top mountain in the world.
