The Garden Suite-Private 500 sq.ft

We kindly ask that you show the same respect, consideration, and politeness toward us and our home as you would expect from guests in your own home. Our guest suite is on the ground floor of an upgraded,renovated, 2 story home built in 1968. Amenities include: keyless entrance,10'x11' bedroom with queen size bed, private bathroom, private living room with sectional sofa, YouTubeTV, Wi-Fi,shared kitchen, Central Heating and Air Conditioning (Host control: 69-72 F), and a work desk. The space Bedroom accommodates up to two people, with a twin bed available for a third guest. First guest is $85, 2 additional guests if needed at $10 each. Guest suite ceiling is our bedroom floor. Sometimes you can hear some light foot steps but do our best to keep it to a minimum. Shared kitchen is available to use for light cooking only. For your convenience, Suite includes: Microwave, Fridge, Hot Water Kettle, Kuerig, and Toaster. Disposable flatware, plates, and cups provided. Plentiful Street parking in front of the house. Note: Shower closet floor has some permanent rust stains. Guest access -Private guest suite -Shared kitchen -Shared laundry facility for long-term guests only (7-day stay and up). Please do laundry once per week. -Shared backyard. Our 2 small Maltese, Rocky (1 yrs old, 5 lbs) & Jessie ( 7 yrs old, 10 lbs) like to hangout in the backyard sometimes. Rocky is very friendly. Jessie might bark at the beginning and be curious. Be gentle with him and he’ll warm up and be your best friend. Other things to note Airbnb guest suite is part of our house where we live. Sometimes you can hear us watching TV, cooking, chit chatting, living life around our house. We live with our 2 small Maltese. Once in a while we have friends and family come over to visit. Central AC and heating is for the entire house and the host controls the thermostat from a phone app. We always set inside temperature at comfortable level from 69-72 F. Air Conditioner is typically run in summer time as needed. Trash cans are outside of guest bathroom. Please feel free to use. **Only registered guests can stay at guest suite*** ***If you will have some visitors come over please advise us in advance*** ** No parties** **No gatherings** **No loud noise** **No smoking inside the house** Please let us know if you are a smoker. Please smoke in the backyard away from the house if you like.** **No pets allowed** Parking: On the street which always available. Please do not park on our driveway.
