The space Our apartment is suitable for a couple or one person on a long term basis. While we do have a little office/bedroom with an futon, there is a size limit for the futon which could be suitable for a short term stay for a smaller adult. We allow a maximum of two adults in the apartment. Guest access Guest may use two parking spaces in front of garage area. Gas grill and patio out back is permitted for use and will be shared with home owner. Patio chairs will be provided March through November.
