Modern design, a walk-in shower, heated bathroom floor, 2 LED TVs, leather furniture with sofa sleeper, and a KING size bed. 2020-21 ski tickets are very different; look up the new rules. The space Our unit feels like a cozy retreat, and we believe you'll feel right at home in this unit since it is indeed our home away from home. Location, location, location! This unit is ideally situated to be able to take advantage of all that Breckenridge has to offer, with minimal driving: Two blocks from Breckenridge's Historic Main St, filled with fantastic cafes, restaurants and shops; Two blocks from Breckenridge Ski Area's BreckConnect Gondola with easy access to Peaks 6, 7 and 8; Three blocks from grocery store (City Market); Two blocks from Blue River Bikeway - a paved recreational trail providing easy access to Frisco, Cooper Mountain, Dillon, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin. Upgraded amenities: heated bathroom floor, beautiful shower, sound insulation from neighboring units and bathroom, 48" LED TV mounted in living room, 32" LED TV mounted in bedroom, electric fireplace for cozy ambiance and KING size bed in bedroom. We've also invested in improving the indoor air quality of the unit. We created a unit with great indoor air quality by using carpets and paints with low or no VOCs, by removing all traces of asbestos, and by upgrading the unit's ventilation. We've created a crisp and clean indoor air quality that provides peace of mind and optimal health. For a Covid clean unit, we are giving 24 hours from a guest check out to a new guest to arrive to give our housekeepers time for a thorough cleaning. Safety first! Guest access Guests have full access to the entire unit. The unit is set-up to have all the amenities necessary to have a care-free retreat in the mountains. Access to building's laundry room is available to our guests, and is a 30-second walk from our unit and is located on the same floor. Other things to note In addition to the renovation and upgraded amenities, we love being able to do most of what we love in Breckenridge without a car. Whether it is dinner on Main St, skiing, hoping on the gondola with skis or bikes, or even getting groceries, this unit allows our guests to do all those activities via walking if they prefer.
