Rental unit in Nashville

Our home is located in the Cleveland Park neighborhood of East Nashville, one of the fastest-growing urban neighborhoods in Nashville. The property is located on the East Nashville train line. It can be a little noisy when the train goes through and will sporadically blow its horn. It's typical city sound, but I do provide earplugs for guests who might need them while sleeping. Guest access Guests have access to the apartment located above the garage. The apartment has its own deck for outside lounging. There is space for two guest cars on the parking pad. Guests do not have access to the backyard. For your safety and mine, there is a security camera outside in the driveway/entrance. Other things to note Absolutely no extra guests above what is booked. A maximum of 4 guests can be guests. No extra visitors or parties. Special arrangements can be made with the host after booking. This is just to avoid parties and staycations. $35 per person per night for a 3rd and 4th guest. My apartment is best for adults. No kids and no pets. No smoking in the apartment or on the property grounds. Vaping only on the deck is okay. NO GLITTER PLEASE!!! It’s impossible to remove and there will be an extra cleaning charge for glitter. Before you leave: All dishes must be cleaned and put away. There's a $20 fee for any dishes left in the sink or dishwasher. Dirty towels go in the tub, and dirty sheets can stay on the bed. The property is located on the East Nashville train line. Being close to downtown, the train will occasionally blow its horn. Ear plugs are supplied for sleeping if required.
