Furnished studio Jacinthe near Honfleur and Etretat

We welcome you in a nice furnished studio of 30 m2 adjoining a "brick and flint" master house typical of the Pays de Caux. Access to the studio is via a staircase. The studio and its entrance are totally independent of our house. Perfect for a tourist break of a few days or for a longer professional stay (we adapt our rates accordingly). The space The studio includes a bedroom - living room, bathroom and kitchenette. In the bedroom - living room you will find: - a 140 x 190 cm bed (double bed) - a wardrobe - a table and chairs - a low sideboard - a TV all TNT channels The kitchen is equipped: - fridge - two hobs - a microwave oven - a coffee maker - a toaster - Dishes and cookware Finally, in the shower room, you will have: - a shower cubicle - a washbasin with mirror - Toilet The studio has Wifi and very good reception for cell phones. If the weather allows, Didier (private pilot) can take you to discover the coast or the Seine en Cessna valley. The airfield is close to the studio. Reasonable participation in fees will be required. Guest access The studio is located at the entrance of the municipality of Saint-Romain-de-Colbosc, 100 m from the RD 6015 (direct axis Le Havre-Yvetot-Rouen). It is 15 minutes from the Bréauté train station and 5 minutes from entrance no.6 on the A29 motorway. It is 20 minutes from Gonfreville l 'Orcher or Notre-Dame-de-Gravenchon. On foot, Saint-Romain city center is less than 5 minutes away. A hiking trail passes behind the property and allows you to walk around the surrounding countryside. The house is located in a park completely surrounded by trees, at the end of a cul-de-sac. So it's quiet. In order to welcome all guests in the best possible way, we ask that you respect the times of check in (after 4 p.m.) and check-out (before 12 p.m.). Other things to note We accept pets without problem as long as they are quiet and clean. For those traveling with a baby, we are happy to provide the following at no extra cost: - 1 travel crib, with mattress and baby bedding, - 1 bathtub (0-9 months), - 1 high chair. Weather permitting, Didier (a private pilot) can take you to explore the coast or the Seine Valley in a Cessna. The airfield is close to the studio. Regarding the price, it's on a cost-sharing basis. “One hour of flight time costs €160.” I cover half of the cost, and the passenger(s) cover the other half (in other words, for two of you, it will cost €40 each for an hour). For outings, we usually head towards Etretat and the cliffs, then go up to Fécamp and return to the Seine to descend towards the estuary, passing under the bridges.”
