Ecocrackenback is conveniently located within Crackenback Valley, nestled amongst the local flora and fauna, these self-contained chalets are the ideal base for you to make the most out of your Snowy Mountains adventure. These nature based eco sustainable buildings include cross ventilated living spaces, raked ceilings with fans and offer abundant natural light. All chalets enjoy polished concrete heated floors and clean-heat ethanol fireplaces for those snowy winter nights. Enjoy the rural setting through the large floor to ceiling windows and back deck while taking advantage of the weber BBQ and outdoor dining setting in the summer months. Only 10 minutes drive from Jindabyne, 20 minutes to Thredbo and 10 minutes to the Ski Tube (winter only) which takes you to Perisher, and then onto Charlotte's Pass via Oversnow transport. The Resorts offer plenty of options for a fun day on the Snow. A heated drying rack in the entry way provides a convenient way to dry your ski gear after a long day on the slopes. Each self-contained chalet is a perfect fit for families of 4 or 2 couples. Ecocrackenback 9 bedding configuration is 1 king bed & 2 singles beds. There are 18 chalets on offer at Ecocrackenback so please check multiple chalets for your chosen dates. Ecocrackenback chalets offer instantaneous gas hot water, wifi, communal laundry and are fully appointed with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, convection microwave/grill, double hotplates, weber BBQ & Smart TV. Sustainability practices include: Worm Farm System for grey water management and food waste, rainwater collection, recycling bins provided, taps and showers are water-efficient, walls and ceilings insulated, double glazed windows, solar panels, green spaces on property. Pets are not allowed Guest access Access to our properties is via a door code, lockbox or key pick up from our office. You will be sent check-in details via SMS and Email on the day of your arrival when the property is ready for you. Once you have booked you will receive a copy of our digital compendium which provides information on where to arrive and what to do in the wonderful Snowy Mountains. We give our guests the space they need and are available when required. Other things to note Keep in mind that all bookings are subject to the Conditions of Tenancy, which can be found in the House rules section (you might need to click "Show more"). Please note: As a software-connected host, we are authorised by Airbnb to process this bond outside the platform. Completion of our online registration form is required before check-in details can be provided. A security bond of $500 will be processed on the day of your arrival by the managing agent. Your bank will hold these funds as a pre-authorisation and will be released back to your account 7-10 days after being processed, as long as there is no claim against your reservation (you will be informed if a claim is made). This property sleeps a maximum of 4 people including children and infants. Please be aware that you are booking private accommodation, not a hotel. As a result, we do not provide daily on-site housekeeping and have limited availability for additional or replacement items like pillows, blankets, or toilet paper. Our properties are fully self-contained and all linen & towels are included. A small starter pack of detergent, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper & garbage bags are supplied to begin your visit. You will need to bring more of these items or buy locally if you are here for more than two nights. Check-in time is 4pm during Winter. We understand that this may not be ideal, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate earlier check-ins during busy periods. Lastly, we highly recommend guests to purchase appropriate travel insurance for their trip. Travel insurance is not just for international trips and can provide coverage for lost or damaged luggage, Covid-19 amendments, cancellation costs, medical expenses, and more.
