An Island Apartment in New York City

My apartment is a very comfortable to reside . It has been a place where guests enjoy living on this beautiful Island with easy and quick transportation into New York City on the Subway or tram. Use of kitchen and living room and free morning coffee or tea are available. The bedroom consists of one double bed that fits 2 with comfort. I have been a resident of NYC and know it well.I have been closed for the last year due to Covid but the City is officially opening again and I am also opened!!! The space Our guests may use the living room and kitchen. In the kitchen if you cook please clean up. Guest access I care about where I live. I love New York City and Roosevelt Island. I have always enjoyed meeting new people. My goal is always to have a home where everyone feels welcome. You will be welcome to use my living room and my kitchen for breakfast. The bedroom is meant for a couple or single person. I have an air mattress for emergencies only. During your stay I live in my apartment so I am here most of the time. Other things to note No smoking, arrival time is 3 PM but is negotiable. Checkout time is 11AM. It is possible to leave your bags and pick up later in the day based on my schedule.I have a very sweet Siamese cat. Please be kind to her
