I built my 2950sf 3-story dream house in 2005 with luxury and relaxation in mind. Beautifully landscaped throughout, thoughtful and unique interiors within make my home a standout amongst the rest. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms (master has jacuzzi tub) to accommodate 6 people. Beds are California king, queen, and a full sized bed. A twin mattress is available upon request. Panoramic views of the pacific ocean, lagoon/sanctuary, and Torrey Pines state park. 5 - minute walk to the beautiful sands of Torrey Pines state beach. Walk to Seafood, Mexican, Chinese, Italian, and Americana fine dining in under 5 minutes. 20 minute drive south to Downtown San Diego. Downtown Del Mar is a 5 minute drive, the race track is 7 minutes. Torrey Pines Golf Course is about 10 minutes away. Guests will have access to the entire house excluding the garage and storage room. Full kitchen and BBQ island. DVD library, book library, HD channels, and Internet service. It is bookended by the State park to the north and the lagoon to the south. Natural beauty abounds. This is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in San Diego. There is a train station to the north and south. The public bus stop is right on the coast directly west, about a 5 minute walk. You are going to have an EXCELLENT experience in my home.
