Trailer parking is $150 for the week which you pay to the office directly on arrival in exchange for a tag to register your trailer. Balconies of the living room & Primary bedroom offer gorgeous sunset views. Kitchen & Guest bedroom overlook the pool. Primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom, king size bed, flat screen TV and balcony overlooking the bay. Guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom, queen bed and a kids bunkbed, overlooks the pool. Boat slip is located directly in front of the property. Property is on two levels plus a carport for 1 car and dining/lounge space underneath. Guest access Full access to swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball, fish cleaning station, boat ramp (if renting boat slip), private beach area with Tiki Hut, grill and water access.
