Guest access Guests have entire main house, rolling front lawn, side dining deck - all with great views. Other things to note CHILDREN We have welcomed many families with children (and we have quite a collection of adorable drawings - and we keep every one!). We have plenty of games, particularly the ones we loved when we were kids, plus books, coloring supplies, chalk for the sidewalk and parking area. If you need a pack-n-play, please let us know. ACCESSIBILITY For those that need them, the house has many accessibility features tastefully done, so as to blend. For those who prefer an access with no steps, the front sidewalk gently rises to the front patio, and from there through the front door is just the slight bump of the threshold. Main living room, kitchen, breakfast area, 3 bedrooms and 1 bath can be accessed with no steps. One small step down to the second living room/dining room, laundry room and deck access. Recently renovated main level bath has "comfort height" commode with a grab bar You may notice in the photo that the grab bar is vertical rather than horizontal, which we installed for our tall elderly father who has balance issues when standing. The shower has two horizontal grab bars and one vertical. The handheld shower head can be removed. Kindly let us know if you require a shower stool and one can be provided.
