Other things to note All and any persons, their members, parties, affiliates etc(lessee), who use, rent and/or occupy any premises, buildings, Rv's, grounds, facilities and general outdoors areas herein provided by owners, association, camp ground, directors, employees, agents, Church organization, management and /or their members, families, associates and affiliates etc (lessor) shall fully indemnify, hold harmless lessor and its directors, officers, employees, agents, stockholders and Affiliates from and against all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs), whether or not involving a third party claim, which arise out of or relate to any act or omission of lessor.
